AniCAM Device
Troika will send the AniCAM device with shipping covered by us. The university is responsible for clearing customs and covering import costs.

Promotion and Collaboration
We ask the university to contribute to our marketing efforts by sharing their experience with the device on social media and other platforms.
Device Care
The university will be responsible for insuring the device against theft or damage. If the device is damaged due to misuse, it will need to be sent back to Troika for maintenance, with shipping costs covered by the university.
Ongoing Support
Upon request, Troika may provide a Technical Advisor to assist with the device and ensure it is being used effectively.
Training and Support
We offer full online training for users, along with continued technical support and regular software updates.
Device Maintenance
We will repair or replace the device if it malfunctions and assist in updating to newer models if available.
Educational Resources
We are happy to help write student worksheets or other educational materials as needed.
