A widescreen 1920 × 1200 sensor (2.3MP) captures roughly twice the image clarity of the previous AniCAM. Anilox cell structure, gravure walls, and flexo plate dots read clearly. Wear and damage that older devices miss are visible on the first scan, even on the pressroom floor. No anti-vibration table required.

Switch magnification in seconds with Troika EVO™ quick-change lenses. Magnetic locking keeps every lens secure and perfectly aligned.
Make repeatable adjustments for perfect accuracy across the full 40 to 600 lpcm (100 to 1500 lpi) range, with depth measurements from 5 to 96 microns.
Troika Management System
TMS builds a complete record of each asset’s condition, logging volume, wear, and variance over time. This helps identify trends and plan refurbishments before print quality suffers.
