The Anilox Management System (AMS) gives printers a complete view of their anilox inventory. Each roll is logged with a unique ID, screen count, supplier details, and initial volume readings across multiple points.
Every time a roll is scanned, AMS automatically updates its history, building a clear record of volume, wear, and cross-roll variation over time. Data can be entered manually or captured automatically through the AniCAM HD Plus.
Developed with input from printers worldwide, AMS helps hit colour targets faster by ensuring rolls are clean, matched, and performing as expected. It reduces ink adjustments, speeds up setup, and improves consistency.
