The Cylinder Management System (CMS) gives gravure printers a complete overview of their cylinder inventory. Each cylinder is recorded with a unique ID, engraving type, supplier details, and key measurements such as depth, volume, and wall condition.
With every scan, CMS updates the cylinder’s condition history, building a detailed profile of wear, consistency, and performance over time. Measurements can be added manually or imported automatically from the AniCAM HD™ Plus
using Gravure QC.
